According to FOX business, 4 months after GM recalls only 410 vehicles received new ignitions. Only 16% of the 2.6M GM vehicles recalled have new ignitions. With just a soft hit to the key, the power on the vehicle could go off, disabling all the safety systems in the vehicle leaving the occupant unprotected.
